Refund/Money-back Guarantee Policy
The company retains responsibility for the timely delivery of the products as per the customer’s order instructions. Should there be a violation of these commitments, the customer has a right to seek and receive partial or full reimbursement in accordance with applicable company policy.
Our policy empowers a customer to seek reimbursement when the company has failed to fulfil its duties to the said customer. Because the services we offer are a legitimate academic consultancy, we strive for the full satisfaction of our customers. Our success rate speaks for itself. No less than 95% of our overall customers return with more orders. Regrettably, there are a few instances when things get out of hand; and it is for such cases that our refund policy comes into play. Note that it is only in particular situations that full refunds are offered. Such situations include:
Cancellation by Customer / Non-delivery / Partial Delivery
- Failure to find a tutor: Although a rare occurrence, such situations do happen. We will refund 100% of the amount paid if such a situation arises. The customer need not worry because they will be notified as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
- A tutor was assigned the paper, and you opted to cancel the order before at least 50% of the allocated timeline passed. Such occurrences attract a refund ranging between 70% and 100% as compensation for the tutor and the company’s exertion towards providing you with the purchased product and service.
- The tutor was assigned the order, but you opted for the cancellation of the order after more than 50% of the allocated timeline had passed. In this case, a refund amount ranging between 0% and 50% will be offered, with the remainder compensating for the tutor and the company’s exertions towards honoring the order.
- Lateness in delivering the order: It should be emphasized that we take our work seriously and lateness rarely occur. However, emergencies such as illness sometimes happen. Refunds can be requested in cases of delay if the tutor’s uploaded paper has not been downloaded by the customer. Downloading the tutor’s work is taken as acceptance of the work, and the customer will thus be ineligible for the refund.
- Timeliness is a guarantee for all orders: Delays can be occasioned by customer lateness in uploading necessary materials. No refund will be given in such instances. Ideally, all necessary information for the order, including resources, should be uploaded before the initial placement of the order.
Work Not As Described
We undertake to provide bespoke work tailor-made to the customer’s specifications. The tutor will initially provide a draft that can be developed further after feedback from the customer.
- Disputed Claims: These instances arise when the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the paper provided and instead opts for a refund. The company will take up the matter in a bid to rectify the situation. After arriving at a plan, corrections for up to 60 days for the premium plan, 45 days for the standard plan, and up to 30 days for the limited plan, respectively, from the initial submission date, are allowed. If still dissatisfied, the customer can petition for a refund by providing evidential proof within seven days of receiving the order. The company will review the claim together with the evidence availed and accordingly deny or approve the refund.
- Plagiarism: For a claim of plagiarism of a tutor’s work, the customer must provide a third-party plagiarism report within 72 hours of downloading the tutor’s work. Substantiated claims are necessary for the company to issue a full refund to the customer.
Duplicate Order/Transaction
- Unintentional replica Order: A customer can cancel a duplicate order by contacting the company no more than 24 hours after the placement of the order. The company is obliged to refund 100% of the funds for duplicate orders.
- Accidental Replica Transaction: For a replica payment for one order, the company will give a 100% refund of the extra payment upon the customer filing a request and the same being verified.
No Refund will be offered for the following:
- Low grades: Kindly note that provides no guarantee for grades. The bespoke papers we provide are only points of reference and should not be used verbatim as a student’s own work.
- Changing Deadlines: In cases where the customer changes the order deadline, the above-mentioned refunds and price recalculations will not apply because the timelines differ.
- Proofreading, editing, and formatting orders: Please note that these services are superficial to your original work, which may have contextual errors. Therefore, formatting and editing do not change the initial draft’s contents but only refine finer details, feedback, and corrections pertaining to flow, subject matter, grammar, spelling, and/or other related features.
- Documentation Processes and Proof: If the customer fails to adhere to the timelines and guidelines provided in section 5 for complaints/claims/refund requests.
Response/Refund Processing Process And Timelines
The nature of the products and services we offer is highly subjective such that the tutor and the customer may have different views on the quality of work delivered. In such cases, you should file any and all complaints/refunds/claims requests in line with the below guidelines to be qualified to get a refund:
- Provide seven or more days to enable evaluation and communication of decisions on the subject matter.
- Any complaint/claim/refund request must be channelled through the account issued to the customer on our website in conjunction with evidentially proof and following our terms and conditions spelt out in our policy and terms of use.’
- After the company has verified and communicated the refund decision, the customer should provide at least seven working days to enable the processing of the refund.
